Author of more than 100 articles and chapters, he has published 16 books on the processes by which environmental issues emerge and evolve, and received numerous awards for his work. His work focuses on using organizational behavior models and theories to understand cultural and institutional aspects of environmental issues for organizations, particularly around issues of climate change.
