Raj Sisodia is the F.W. Olin Distinguished Professor of Glboal Businss and Whole Foods Market Research Scholar in Conscious Capitalism at Babson College, and a global thought leader about conscious capitalism and healing organizations. His breakthrough book was Firms of Endearment, which highlighted how companies that love their stakeholders significantly outperform companies that do not. He is co-founder and chair emeritus of Conscious Capitalism. Author of numerous books and articles, he most recently published The Healing Organization (with Michael J. Gelb), Everybody Matters (with Bob Chapman), and Shakti Leadership (with Nilima Bhat). He co-authored Conscious Capitalism with Whole Foods founder John Mackey.
