- You're welcome to join my RCNY ISD email distribution list, and to your new role as our ambassador to wherever you find yourself -- email from you would be welcome, invited, encouraged.
- If you have or encounter information that others would find interesting or useful if they only knew, let me know -- if appropriate, I could forward it to the RCNY ISD email distribution list, either with or without attribution to you, whichever you prefer.
- My email distribution lists are to let people and organizations know things they'd likely be interested to know and to have the opportunity to act on, if they only knew -- focus is on thought leadership about world problems / causes / issues, opportunities to express voice, attend, participate.
- You're authorized and requested to let other people and organizations who might be interested, know about my RCNY ISD email distribution list -- although I started that list in RCNY ISD, it has grown way beyond that, and goes to hundreds of other people who aren't in Rotary / Rotaract / Interact but who are interested in the UN and international matters.
- I send alerts / announcements / invitations / etc. about UN and international opportunities to attend / participate -- UN and international events / scholarships / competitions / internships / employment / opportunities for youth / etc. -- to people / organizations interested in UN and international opportunities (my RCNY ISD email distribution list has grown way beyond Rotary / Rotaract / Interact; anyone who'd like to be on my RCNY ISD email disribution list, let me know an I'll add his / her email address.
- People and organizations that disseminate information to others, are welcome, invited, encouraged to forward to their constituencies anything that I send to my RCNY ISD email distribution list -- many UN and other international organizations send me information that I don't see anywhere else, often with extremely short deadlines to act on it; I immediately fact-check it and get it out to the RCNY ISD email distribution list -- faithfully verbatim, but headed with what I know from experience is the most essential information that people and organizations receiving it will want or need to know, which is frequently not clear from the source of the information.
- Ideas about how the reach of the alerts that are published to my RCNY ISD email distribution list can be scaled up, within Rotary / Rotaract / Interact and beyond, are welcome, invited, encouraged -- if people and organizations don't know about an alert, they can't act on it, and opportunities that they could had acted on if they only knew, are lost.
Looking forward
If anyone needs anything else, about the above or anything else, let me know.
If this email message leads to any other useful or interesting results, I'd be interested in hearing about it.
