As a pioneer in the field Karen has published work on transformational leadership for over three decades. Her long-term client retainers expand the rich potential of people, products and services, build thriving cultures, create sustainable enterprises, and establish high leverage collaborations. She is based in San Francisco

• Eliane Ubalijoro, professor of practice at McGill University, the head  of an international development consultancy, a member of Rwanda’s National Science and Technology Council, and an advisor to the International Digital Monetary Council. Clearly she wears a lot of hats. There aren’t many scientists who have published on both lettuce mosaic virus and the challenges of girlhood in Rwanda, but Ubalijoro is one. Her work was featured in Forbes in celebration of International Women's day 2019, 5-Lessons for a non-linear scientific career. She is based in Rwanda

• Maria Kingery, works with purpose-driven organizations and leaders by helping them align their values with their actions, their people with their bold vision, and their data with their accomplishments. Maria co-founded Southern Energy Management with her husband in 2001. Since then, she has helped pioneer the residential energy efficiency and solar industries in North Carolina and beyond. Being deeply committed to sustainable business practices, Maria believes businesses have the greatest power to drive positive change. In 2009, she led SEM to become a Certified B Corporation, one of the first 250 companies in the world to commit to measure their impact in using business to solve social and environmental challenges. She is based in North Carolina

• Dr. Judi Neal, Edgewalkers, International, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Edgewalkers International. She was the founding director of the Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace at the Sam M. Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas. Judi is recognized as an expert on spirituality in the workplace and speaks and consults internationally. She has published widely in the field and is a popular and inspiring international speaker. She is based in Arkansas.

• Anastacia Mamabolo, Faculty Member, University of Pretoria's Gordon Institute of Business Science. Her extensive research areas include transformational leadership, faith as an antecedent to servant leadership, and entrepreneurial management skills required in an emerging economy. Anastacia is one of the 2019 Fetzer Scholars at the Management, Spirituality and Religion Interest group at the Academy of Management.  She is finishing her dissertation on women entrepreneurs in Africa and the role faith plays in their effectiveness.  She is a powerful from-the-heart speaker based in South Africa.
