Bring your breathing to their method… Check out Sunita Gandhi who produced a Literacy and Numeracy program that only takes 90 days for children or elders to be literate and 'mathematical' to read a newspaper. :) In any written language. Once reading, include Character Education in classrooms. LivingValues.net has over 90% reduction in violence in a Refugee Camp within 2 years! The woman who developed it then went to Johannesburg, RSA and designed a program for street people - similar results!
