I sometimes wonder that if the modern UFO Phenomenon started in 47~ (When "The kids found the matches" as Stanton Friedman put it), do you think the acceleration in AI developments could be related to "Disclosure" in any way? Jacques Vallee says that he fears AI getting it's hands "on the data of the phenomenon".

01:13:36 Jack Strasburg: Regardless of who is building AI or whether or not we can program compassion into it etc, it is pretty much inevitable that the ultra wealthy who already have a huge amount of control over what goes on on this planet are going to get their hands on it, the most powerful of it, and use it to further their interests which are much different than ours. I think we need to focus on that and how we are going to deal with that.

And cos I'm a tad obsessed: The Vimana (The Sky Chariots of the Gods) in the Mahabharata are very reminiscent of UFOs. They are even described at points where they are referred to as having a "mercury vortex engine" (obviously a loose "telephone game" translation) but the point is interesting, this is over 6000 years before anyone apparently knew what an "engine" in the transport sense even meant.
