The human has an interesting psychology. when my older daughter was 4 she came home from a playdate where her little friend was not sharing and used her toys to hit my daughter over the head and be mean. SO we had another little girl ovr to our house the next day and my daughter really shocked me by treating this friend in exactly the same way that her other friend had attacke and treated her the previous day!! SO shocking to me as I would have thought the experience would have created more compassion and good treatment of others as she knew how it felt

Although I deeply appreciate these thoughtful men's presentations, I GREATLY prefer an d TRUST ALL THE GREAT VIRTUES being taught, modeled, inspired, and promoted in/by sane, kind, wise cultures. Namely, meditation, kindness, ethics, and morals being taught by loving parents, teachers, spiritual adepts - NOT by computers! For example, MIU University (in Ohio) teaches daily Transcendental Meditation for all students, staff, and professors, which promotes health, real relationships, and deep learning. Stan: a few forms of inequality to consider. There has been some low-wage labour to train datasets. The bots are expensive and amplifying productivity of rich tech-ified countries while leaving poorer countries behind. Also, by training on the internet dataset, AI has inherited a lot of human biases, and if we don’t check that, they will perpetuate them further. There’s more but that’s a start.

This will be very interesting to apply in many organizations where the people at the top share a lot of characters with sociopaths! Working with Booz, Allen, and Hamilton showed me that in spades. Compassion was viewed as a distraction from the goals of the corporation. Compassion is a natural human trait that often gets beaten out of people in many ways. As I say, this will be interesting to see how these efforts apply to the actual workplace, depending on the upper management personalities.
