I was at the eye dr and missed most of today’s session 🙁 that said, so appreciate what you are discussing and the work you do to help people access the anger and pain. I had a mentor during my Ministry Program that supported me to create a beautiful Angry Dance ceremony for myself. It was so essential to my transformation. Thank you for supporting people with this!
