Oh, I was wondering about the nature of the “Dilemma” that is in the title of today’s presentation. Now hearing the introduction, it looks life the terms “income gap” and the “wealth gap” may also lead to the age Dilemma being called an “Age Gap.”

Jack LaLanne can to our school because of our Physical Education program and did STRAIGHT arm push ups at 93 years young. He did Yoga, ate Live ORGANIC food. Great soul. One of the predictions people talked about when I was living in Crestone was that there would be a second rising that would make the hippie movement of the 1960's look like a walk in the park. This looks like the beginning of that to me.

We know the history and how horrible people and our planet have been treated.
We are living NOW, and can create a new reality when we focus upon it. When we want virtues and values to be expressed by others, how do people learn these? DO our schools educate for quality character? Does our society have a 200 year old economic system creating good for all? What can replace it?
Research shows that when the least of us is uplifted/educated/healed, it VASTLY improves all others.

Medical practices such as ERGO therapy and LSVT have exercises to reverse this. mental work, memory training, physical exercises, relearning how to move carefully and safely. Lots of these games online to make it fun and fruitful, done every day. LSVT was first created to fight Parkinson, ut applies to everything.
