There is an effect from using language. It is an unnecessary diversion from focus. One's focus on intention, attention, effect - which might be within or without oneself - is often best done without language which prevents direct awareness by forcing the 'disconnecting filter' of language. This diversion via language is an unnecessary step, although useful post-experience to explain and understand.
