It seems like the constiution needs to be adjusted to take into account the growth from 13 colonies to 52 states. If 18% of the population in 27 states control the senate and if it is this group that are preventing change then should the raising of consciousness be focused on this group? The ones who are trying for change seem to be engaged already.

In my view, there are many pathways to the evolution of consciousness & who we are as multidimensional beings. Having said that, it is important to meet people (each human being) where they are in their consciousness. In practical terms, the short term actions do have to be focused on the impact of the current Supreme Court on the current lives of people.
