Additional question : In term of rewilding, how can we be more aware of the manipulation of our weather and atmosphere, oceans through advanced technologies(like rain manipulation..) that are not necessarily in harmony with the laws of nature and that come from very left brain, disconnected people, entities? My local Citizens Climate lobby group just sent this good news. Local town counsel - Some good news. Last month the sustainability committee for the City of Winston-Salem unanimously recommended that the City Council adopt the attached resolution asking Congress to enact the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act. This afternoon, the Community Development/Housing/General Government Committee voted 3-0 with one abstention to approve the resolution. Not to protect humans. Wildlife Services is deployed proactively to prevent native carnivores from killing livestock and reactively to kill native carnivores that have already killed livestock. Wildlife Services is under the Department of Agriculture.
