Global Regeneration - Day 296 of Humanity Rising

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:05 AM)

Hello… blessings from land of the Secwepemc, Kamloops BC. Please include Attendees here in the Chat, chatting together as the One We Are.

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:08 AM)

So we are living in the time of responsibility to do something about it

Whats the plan?

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:08 AM)

aho! Dan. that’s what we came here for…

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:09 AM)

Right on!

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:10 AM)

Yes! Dire situation for us to achieve reversals! We need SUPER HUMANS!

And, NATURE🌎🙏❤️

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:10 AM)

Gather the ideas of 7 billion people

Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees (11:11 AM)

Reading an article that we are at a tipping point regarding plastic and its impact on the ocean. It is almost too much to change.

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:12 AM)

Young 17year old developed a plastic dissolving machine

The new Generations are AMAZING

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:14 AM)

EVOLUTION! Woohoo!

mary thorp to Panelists and Attendees (11:14 AM)

When it’s turned around...not IF it’s turned around.

Marc Barasch to Panelists and Attendees (11:14 AM)

Please see www.greenworld.org, which has been practicing regeneration on 3 continents for 15 years, networking and aggregating with a large and well-developed global regenerative movement that is well underway everywhere. Many, many efforts.

Me to All panelists and other attendees (11:15 AM)

Dear ChatPeople, Yesterday was the one year anniversary of the AfterChat.  Let's get to work helping all the regenerative organizations in the world find each other. This regeneration corps needs clerical volunteers and free-lance connectors to invite them to work together.

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:15 AM)

Hallelujah! We CAN OVERCOME!🎶

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:15 AM)

thanks Mark! good to hear you/they have experience in this!!  It is SO needed at this time!

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:16 AM)

The NOW moment is upon us🔥

Ina Albert to Panelists and Attendees (11:16 AM)

Ina Albert: What about elders?

Shelly Alcorn to Panelists and Attendees (11:17 AM)

It takes everyone - elders and all

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:17 AM)

I can help with getting Gen Z's on board and translate for the older generation

mary thorp to Panelists and Attendees (11:17 AM)

Yes, Ina, what are our best actions?

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:17 AM)

Every Generation is needed 🧬

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:17 AM)

Wisdom expanding wisdom

Joel Carboni to Panelists and Attendees (11:18 AM)

All are important.  We can reach elders.  It is literally reaching the youth that is of the utmost importance.

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:18 AM)

The web of LIFE

Diane Carol Mark to Panelists and Attendees (11:18 AM)

If you want to impact the world and change the trajectory, then get them to STOP the use of frequencies and STOP dumping chemicals in our skies. That will pretty much solve the "climate crisis"

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:18 AM)

G’mornin’ Ed!!

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:19 AM)

Much❤️Ed🙏

Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees (11:19 AM)

I also learned yesterday that we have now exceeded two more planetary boundaries - fresh water and ocean acidity. so we are now out of bounds in six for the nine areas.

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:19 AM)

Certainly there are multiple "frontlines" that need immediate attention. So we identify what they are, then we activate all assets and resources to focus on repairing them. If the assets or resources don't exist, then we create them

Ina Albert to Panelists and Attendees (11:20 AM)

Ina Albert: Share our life experience and mistakes and create our legacy with younger generations .  Elders need to listen deeply to youngers.

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:21 AM)

Whats the future 7 generations ahead and reverse engineer it

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:21 AM)

@Dan That’s an idea!

Kurt Krueger, SuccessSystemsInternational.net to Panelists and Attendees (11:21 AM)

IMAGINE:

You are thriving in the future. Everyone experiences Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace.

You are the last elder alive who ever experienced anything other than peace, “How did we get to have Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace?”

What is the answer given?

The more the detail, in as many areas of living, provides the path forward from these primitive times.

See OtherNetworks.org/Peace_Lab for possibly adding your collaborative contribution for the future of a thriving life.

Here’s a 15 minute video on a PeaceMaker Meditation. Groups are forming together or through teleconference to bring more Peace to the Planet. Here's a Meditation practice that can greatly help. . ::https://youtu.be/vv1VxDv80wo::.  Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace will reverberate throughout your day… making it the focus and bringing more peace to you and ‘others.’

We are made to be the architects of the future, not its victims! ~ Buckminster Fuller

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:22 AM)

@Dehanna thanks :) Thats what i've been working on creating strategies and ecosystems

mary thorp to Panelists and Attendees (11:22 AM)

In the beginning... Day 60 of Humanity Rising, one year ago, was about "Connecting The Dots."

It just what we are doing here today.

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:24 AM)

Technology is another tool just like a hammer

Marc Barasch to Panelists and Attendees (11:24 AM)

Please explore www.greenworld.org , and feel free to contact us. Green World Campaign has been helping to lead the now-blossoming movement “beyond sustainability to regeneration” for 15 years on three continents, part of a very large web of International collaborators we gathered for a conference of 500 global regenerative leaders in San Francisco three years ago. We have developed over the past ten years a working example of an integral “Regenerative Society” in Coastal Kenya (from elders of the sacred kaya forests to tens of  thousands of youth and smallholder farmers that is now expanding across that country and the African continent.

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:25 AM)

Thanks Marc going to check it out

I've been logging all the Np

NP's and NGOs

mary thorp to Panelists and Attendees (11:25 AM)

We’ve been saying we’re at a critical moment for nearly 20 yrs.

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:26 AM)

Mary, that makes it MORE true, not less.

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:26 AM)

@Mary yep, sadly not enough people are onboard

What will it take

The governments are administrators, not planet savers

So its up to ALL of us

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:28 AM)

I filmed a documentary about people experiencing homelessness around the globe 2012 and the amount of people that are homeless now has increased uncontrollably

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:29 AM)

I have a question for all of you. If you were in charge of the entire world for one day, what would you do?

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:29 AM)

@Dan, What about Trance work w/ Hypnotherapy that asks scientists, technicians etc. to “ghost walk” back from their future selves?

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:30 AM)

@Dehanna thats awesome! I'm going to log that and look into that

I am learning how to remote view so perhaps that will overlap

Kurt Krueger, SuccessSystemsInternational.net to Panelists and Attendees (11:30 AM)

Sounds like ALL OUR FOCUS should be on Transforming AGRICULTURE. And we get to do it with a Systems approach. Collaboration and coordination is vital. Let’s go… :)

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:31 AM)

@Kurt love that

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:31 AM)

So many people post ideas and opinions on Social media so somehow people want to help, they just need the direction

Hugo Araujo to Panelists and Attendees (11:31 AM)

@Dan… what about connecting solutions?

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:32 AM)

I truly believe the antidotes are in the Universal Field we need to catch them!

Marc Barasch to Panelists and Attendees (11:32 AM)

I wrote and produced a documentary for the 1992 Earth Summit that was seen by 2 billion people in 160 countries, funded and distributed by Ted Turner and CNN, warning of global climate catastrophe and suggesting regenerative solutions. In 2006 we called for “ReGreen the World in One Generation”—huge promotions on Times Square screens on EarthDay, rock stars bringing our messaging on tour, the works. But the world wasn’t ready to act, mostly talk-talk and marginally useful and financially wasteful “sustainability” strategies. The “one generation” was the right timetable, but it was squandered, and we are now greatly amping up our activities as practitioners on the ground and in global media (including a major new initiative in the blockchain space), with many strategic partnerships in place developed and deep-rooted over many years. We invite your collaboration  for tangible action to build what we call “The Regenerative Society,” which have tangibly and demonstrably established in Coastal Kenya.

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:32 AM)

@Hugo! Yes so an app or site that connects people to the resources and extracting their ideas

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:32 AM)

Humanity Rising is here to connect solutions - oh, wait, no — they are educating — it is OtherNetworks.org who is connecting the connectors!! Yay Stan!

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:32 AM)

@Marc would love to see the film

Jean Stevens to Panelists and Attendees (11:32 AM)

This is a fantastic PowerPoint and discussion!

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:33 AM)

We are on the same page

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:33 AM)

Yes! The Nuturer is imperative in ALL

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:34 AM)

this presentation could be put to music… and posted everywhere!!

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:34 AM)

@Shannon! Absolutely!

Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees (11:34 AM)

The Systems Mapping Group actually has a process that, much like Hugp’s work allows us to see the system and who is connected to whom.

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:35 AM)

Interesting, Kathryn…

grazing animals break down the fast growing plants… very important step in the process

Kc Vazquez to Panelists and Attendees (11:36 AM)

@Kathryn, I just joined. where can I find more info on The Systems Mapping Group?

Me to All panelists and other attendees (11:36 AM)

Mark, Dan, Hugo... our database of Regenerative groups will soon include Green World. ::https://othernetworks.org/Green_World_Campaign::

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:37 AM)

WOW

Mary Chase to Panelists and Attendees (11:37 AM)

Are transcripts of this and the other HR webinars available?

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:37 AM)

yes, Mary, through OtherNetworks.org

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:37 AM)

We are nature :)

Hugo Araujo to Panelists and Attendees (11:38 AM)

Thanks @Stanley

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:38 AM)

oh, not transcripts — recordings… you could help make transcripts ;)

Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees (11:38 AM)

Mary Chase to Panelists and Attendees (11:38 AM)

Who can I contact specifically to contribute transcripts? Also to avoid duplicating the effort if it is underway?

Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees (11:39 AM)

Mary, please talk with Stan, he could use your help!

Barbro Esbjörnsdotter to Panelists and Attendees (11:50 AM)

Please, tell me about business. I'm there, at a loss.

Ed Muller to Panelists and Attendees (11:50 AM)

We are working with business! And regenerative economics.

Regenerative politics too.

Me to All panelists and other attendees (11:51 AM)

Humanity Rising needs help filling out the characteristics and categories of the partner organizations. This list thanks to Malini! ::https://othernetworks.org/List_of_Humanity_Rising_Partners::

Marilyn Hamilton to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

@Rob we need to bring all your GEN and Paris work to weave/mesh into this

Marc Barasch to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

So, just to say, there are probably a dozen at least, significant, long-term aggregators and leaders and accelerators of an ongoing global movement,  long-term committed organizations with extensive experience on-the-ground and deep experiential and practical understandings of regenerative design. There is a lot of existing regenerative capital, and many orgs have gone well beyond pioneering who have already made deep commitments and had significant successes. No one organization or umbrella is going to “gather everyone.” It will take a lot of humility for both old and newbie organizations to realize that the movement is multicentric, is well underway, have developed demonstrable competencies, and no single org or movement is going to centralize this.

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:52 AM)

Totally its a coalition and needs real-time coordination

So @Marc do you mean it needs to be more organic or that it is organic

Barbro Esbjörnsdotter to Panelists and Attendees (11:53 AM)

Ed; homepage?

Kat Haber to Panelists and Attendees (11:53 AM)

Lesley: MRA organized around impact projects, human gatherings, movement how we connect and interconnect, Global Regeneration Corps-calling of first responders into this pathway, As we do this we are building regenerative capital, accessing wisdom-new for Earth, wealth that is created in land/water ecosystems, learning acquired through impact projects feedback into all the others, thru incubator/accelerator, Strategy of MRA partners, YOU/WE transforming ME. Regen core: System regeneration increasing vitality/viability/capacity within larger ecosystems Framework thinking aligned which best for each region translated, self actualization understanding ourselves deeply, development facilitation evolve group purpose to concrete regenerative potential together, living systems intervention integrity/wisdom of living systems in their evolutionary processes to larger context in which all living species exist, knowing the 5 W’s on intervention,

Kat Haber to Panelists and Attendees (11:55 AM)

RE’s: generate, vitalize, imagine, invent, enculturation, NEW ALL> Birthing a new Civilization, get up, show up Thank you, Lesley!

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:55 AM)

Right On Lesley! Great inspiration

Dan Balcaban to Panelists and Attendees (11:55 AM)

Thanks Lesley!

Marilyn Hamilton to Panelists and Attendees (11:56 AM)

@Mary I am working with Indra Adnan and her new book Politics of Waking Up - it is the politics that is being noticed in many Community Action Networks around the world

Jane M to Panelists and Attendees (11:56 AM)

Gold Star Lesley.

Kat Haber to Panelists and Attendees (11:57 AM)

Jim: training in container of regenerative Masters shared ownership and delivery> Shelly Alcorn crafting training for MRA for a degree or as an activist-WOW loved Shelley’s guidance through America’s political crisis last year!

Jane M to Panelists and Attendees (11:58 AM)

Yes Shelly...huge grief re the damage we have caused to all life on Planet Earth.

Jamen Shively to Panelists and Attendees (11:59 AM)

@ Marc:  “No one organization or umbrella is going to “gather everyone.””  Absolutely agree.  We have been exploring a model of “chrysalis calendars” — each organization, group, community publishing their own “chrysalis calendar” of the conversations *they* are hosting, and thus creating something like a blockchain of such conversations — totally decentralized, in that no ONE org or community “owns / manages” it.  Twitter is probably the closest thing I have seen . . . so think maybe like a “Twitter of chrysalis calendars” . . . Anyway, feel free to join us on The 24 hour Block Party on Fridays to discuss further — Radish.org for more info

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:00 PM)

Great work, Jamen!!

Dinesh N to Panelists and Attendees (12:01 PM)

how much does the mra degree program cost?

Kat Haber to Panelists and Attendees (12:01 PM)

Shelley: 1800’s carbon in atmosphere passing tipping points, take this in and decide what we are going to do about it, move forward, positive within understanding the old systems that created the problem will not change instantly and must co create a radically differently looking world simultaneously, in US California hydroelectric power depending on water, by August of 2021, Lake Oroville powering 800,000 households will STOP! systemically electricity resources down> less water for fires/food/power? Choices, levels of compassion necessary to cooperate to help each other, building as flying sharing resources,

Me to All panelists and other attendees (12:01 PM)

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:06 PM)

Shelley: Accessible programming, as a learner or as a degree student, radical affordability with shared tuition, gather in groups locally developing impact projects, MA, BA, upscale fast, accepting prior experience, prior learning on the job, publishing, academic credit needs to change also, systems blocking people from access must also shift, MRA: Ed Muller video, partners list growing, Kate Raworth on Doughnut economics now archived and available independently, time is changing rapidly, retooling to enliven archive, faculty setting up processes, live and archive courses running, 4 live sessions-4 weeks 90 minutes, live webinars, video tape on zoom and archive them in self serve model with nano courses-in one week and bundle nano’s together topic specific, series accessible and holding them live, online live needs to be connected to community, meet with others, take courses on own as needed, if joined as a pod then become a group as changes are being achieved locally, first responders signup thanks so much!

Evolution for our next gens

Kat Haber to Panelists and Attendees (12:26 PM)

Marilyn Hamilton for cities, urban environments; global regeneration must consider cities, cities: human hives, cities responsible for generating 50% of CO2, might be bain of existence in Earth or Earth is a part of living system, separating ourselves from nature, humans everywhere to heal massive wounds on nature, reconnect to nature within cities, we are codependent on air/water/soil qualities, consume new kind of balanced doughnut-rate Raworth, upgrade the center of the social justice balanced with other eco ceilings, humans are GAIA’s reflective organs, organelles, care for ourselves to care for others/places/planet, citizens, civic managers, civil society, acting as a team, regenerate city relationships with all life, to 7th generation before and previously, design impact project to work in teams, INTEGRAL CITY INTELLIGENCES Brilliant, Marilyn-Thanks to your inclusive genius!

Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees (12:28 PM)

Yes, nature should flow through cities.

Rob Wheeler to Panelists and Attendees (12:28 PM)

I was one of a small number of authors that drafted 3 reports on achieving the UN’s sustainable devleopment goals with a Nature’s perspective. It includes detailed recommendations and resources for implementing and achieving everyone of the SDGs and 159 targets for all of society including cities. see: SDG 11. Howdy

Seb here from Canada.

I am running a global outreach operation to save the world through utopianism financed with negative interest loans.

I’m also after the Nobel Peace Prize.

Utopianism financed with negative interest loans to remunerate custom jobs, subsidize wage inflation, refinance debt, boost human resources, adjust capitalism for the future of work, adapt capitalism for future of work, support gene therapy efforts through the production of regional variant mRNA vaccine production facilities, establish ideological goals for humanity worthy of the 21st century and beyond as well as finally providing a platform to fix the root causes of most of humanity's problems.

More information:

Thank you for your time, good luck, God bless and godspeed.
