Grateful you’re with us Marcia, and inspiring our Peace LAB with your Peace Labyrinth. It’s so beautiful!

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (11:07 AM)

The 3 D world is all about contrasts. Its is when we stand back and view thee contrasts as what they are just that contrasts and not a definition of who we are or what is the truth .

Marla Slavner to Panelists and Attendees (11:09 AM)

GenZ’s facing their future with multiple threats of extinction are experiencing  enormous stress right now.

Kathryn Alexander to Panelists and Attendees (11:09 AM)

OMG Marla -so sad!

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:09 AM)

giving GenZs something better to contemplate would be a gift beyond measure.

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:11 AM)

Absolutely Shannon. We'll meditate for them now - with much love xxx

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (11:12 AM)

We listen and watch and see the trauma we are leaving the future. and we intend to support youth to take over to create this world they need it to be. A more beautiful world we all know if possible and now go about co-creating.

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:12 AM)

Meditation for the whole xxx

.

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:21 AM)

Joy!! Ulf. Thank you. We share that!

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (11:21 AM)

We all share it :)

Susan Belchamber Belchamber to Panelists and Attendees (11:22 AM)

My favorite definition of trauma is "anything that causes us distress that is too big for us to hold alone."

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:22 AM)

in deed xxx

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (11:22 AM)

In answer to “My favorite definition of trauma is "anything that causes us distress that is too big for us to hold alone."

I would say “trauma is when our system records an experience to protect us from it in the future”

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:23 AM)

aho.

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (11:23 AM)

Kurt is barely audible. Can he increase his volume please.

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:28 AM)

you make me smile, Ulf - thanks

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (11:28 AM)

Actually the bead being rolled in the palm is actually doing an acupressure of opening up the energy merdians in the organs of the body.

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (11:30 AM)

When you smile the number of muscles used. There are 43 muscles in the face, most of which are controlled by the cranial nerve (facial nerve). Seventeen of those muscles are used when you smile, and 43 of them are working when you frown.

Jen Forti to Panelists and Attendees (11:32 AM)

Sounds very much like the Hoʻoponopono prayer

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:34 AM)

So include yesterday's session. I'm sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you - brilliant Jen Thank you Kurt - again

Kathryn Alexander to Panelists and Attendees (11:34 AM)

Kathryn Alexander to Panelists and Attendees (11:39 AM)

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:39 AM)

Happiness. Loveliness and Light!!

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (11:40 AM)

We have two “hero techniques” to handle trauma. They are Trauma Tapping and Havening.

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:40 AM)

breathing deeply and sending roots down

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:40 AM)

Answer: Breathe. Slooowly!!

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:40 AM)

Hahaha - Ulf - Tearless trauma? :))

Me to All panelists and other attendees (11:41 AM)

Welcome Ximena! Thanks for brining a piece of The Conversation to Humanity Rising.

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:41 AM)

TTT - Tearless Trauma Tapping xxx

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (11:42 AM)

Yes and we can also have an overload of oxytocin.

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:43 AM)

thanks, Kurt!!

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:43 AM)

Interestingly oxytocin is in chocolate too - hence the love of chocolate for love

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (11:43 AM)

And the medical books do say that Thymus atrophies after a certain age,

Ximena Holguin Remolina to Panelists and Attendees (11:43 AM)

Giving myself a time to be ready with love enjoying activities outside to be in contact with nature and with my loved ones, pamper myself and move from the pain serving others, set new goals review my bcuket list.

Susan Belchamber Belchamber to Panelists and Attendees (11:43 AM)

Thank you Kurt -- I'd appreciate your pdf

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:44 AM)

And yes Malini - too much oxytocin highly possible. (Kidney problems?)

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (11:44 AM)

Love seeing you here Xemena

Ximena Holguin Remolina to Panelists and Attendees (11:44 AM)

Thank you Stan happy to be here with you

Thank you Julie love to see you too

Liliane Mavridara to Panelists and Attendees (11:44 AM)

Excellent question Lesley!

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:45 AM)

So to help avoid kidney problems - no rhubarb, no spinach and no chocolate!!

Robin Dahl to Panelists and Attendees (11:45 AM)

Kurt, I would like your pdf. krdahl@sbcglobal.net Thank you.

Ximena Holguin Remolina to Panelists and Attendees (11:46 AM)

Hi dear gigers, hi Malini dear

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:47 AM)

Oooooh sway with the wind - lovely

For change

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (11:47 AM)

Diane- the chemical in cocoa is theobromine which is similar to caffeine and creates that same sense of  verve or energy.

Ximena Holguin Remolina to Panelists and Attendees (11:48 AM)

ajjajajajajaj

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (11:48 AM)

Diane - Or ask the benefits of each food to avtivate anf bless us. Praying before we eat, offer gratitude for all life.

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (11:49 AM)

Healing

Candy Leonard to Panelists and Attendees (11:49 AM)

what’s the balance between not dwelling on the trauma so not to create that groove vs looking at it closely

Ann Helmke (me/We) to Panelists and Attendees (11:50 AM)

Calming body & mind; ethical mindfulness; emotional awareness; self-compassion; impartiality & common humanity; forgiveness & gratitude; empathic concern; compassion; appreciating interdependence; engaging with discernment.

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (11:50 AM)

Healing

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:50 AM)

Stopping chocolate and spinach - cured kidney stones. Every movement is a prayer - always give thanks for food (and more)

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:50 AM)

Question: What about “being” & not doing?

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (11:50 AM)

I would say that being is doing. :)

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:50 AM)

in deed ulf

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

beautiful MOM giving us the experience of trauma together!

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

and doing is being hahaha

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

Ulf can you explore the subtle differences if you feel they are one?

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

That's the covert agenda keep people focusing on the trauma keep creating metoo/ and hetoo or shetoo movements keep adding energy to the trauma instead of helping focusing on how to forgive/ forget and show  unconditional compassion. to be able to do that  we have to get unconditional love and gratitude for what that event is trying to teach you. Bless the trauma and let it go with unconditional compassion and let it know it no longer serves you.

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

Between being and doing?

KURT Krueger, MeWe to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

EXPERIMENT ~ Sway while you’re here. NOW!

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

MOM hahahah Isn't LIFE wonderful hahaha

KURT Krueger, MeWe to Panelists and Attendees (11:51 AM)

Feel it work

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (11:52 AM)

Being is doing life. Life is doing being.

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:52 AM)

Magic in Ordinary Moments = MOM

Me to All panelists and other attendees (11:52 AM)

Caring for others.... beyond mindfulness and kindness is actually being helpful. Helpfulness brings people into focus.

Susan Belchamber Belchamber to Panelists and Attendees (11:52 AM)

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

Viktor E. Frankl

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:53 AM)

yes, Susan, he knew!

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (11:53 AM)

ChatAction and ChatPeople (the afterchat of Humanity Rising) is building community intentionally to support the healing or good work we all and other networkds and people do.

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:53 AM)

we like you, David

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (11:53 AM)

Victor! I recommend everybody to read Man’s Search for Meaning.

Ximena Holguin Remolina to Panelists and Attendees (11:54 AM)

I am a logotherapist and tanathologyst  so loved Viktor F. work

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (11:54 AM)

Meaning is core. The rest is passivitivity

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:55 AM)

Ok, so if being is doing life then how does the “now moment” relate to being or doing in the life?

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (11:55 AM)

All being is done in the same now

Liliane Mavridara to Panelists and Attendees (11:55 AM)

That was beautiful David <3

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:56 AM)

I’m sorry you had to learn that, Chip.

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:57 AM)

Wow, David ...what a realization & possible trauma, no?

Whoops Chip I mean

Candy Leonard to Panelists and Attendees (11:58 AM)

Nicely put

Ximena Holguin Remolina to Panelists and Attendees (11:58 AM)

Beautiful movie to be reccomended. Every child is special.

Susan Belchamber Belchamber to Panelists and Attendees (11:58 AM)

Loving this panel so much!

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (11:58 AM)

Intelligent approach

Ann Helmke (me/We) to Panelists and Attendees (11:59 AM)

trauma-informed care

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (11:59 AM)

until we learn better, we take power from others in the way it was taken from us.

Liliane Mavridara to Panelists and Attendees (11:59 AM)

We also need trauma literacy

Marilyn Schramm to Panelists and Attendees (12:00 PM)

I'm wondering if trauma isn't an impetus for one to seek that inner peace

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:00 PM)

Yes, Liliane, I agree - more conversations

KURT Krueger, MeWe to Panelists and Attendees (12:00 PM)

Yes, CHIP, we can Switch it! :)

Societally and internally

Me to All panelists and other attendees (12:01 PM)

I don't expect that anything we learn to do as humanity can totally eliminate trauma, but I do want to offer for people to consider is that by practicing helpfulness, we can reduce the neglect that so many people undergo as a cause of their trauma...

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (12:02 PM)

What does Helpfulness do Stan?

Jean Stevens to Panelists and Attendees (12:02 PM)

I love the swaying Ulf as it also helps when sitting at the computer to get everything moving internally.  I love that everything is possible, and silent bystanders are part of the problem.  So much to learn from every panelists today.

Ulf Sandström to Me, Panelists (12:03 PM)

If we eliminate trauma we eliminate our defence system. We need to improve the quality of trauma to be only what we truly need to fear, and it is not each other. :) Hlpefulness will contribute to that.

Yasmina Groenstein to Panelists and Attendees (12:03 PM)

Two profound books "The Healing Power of the Mind" by Nyingmapa lama Tulku Thondup Rinpoche and "In Search of the Medicine Budha" by David Crow ❤

Jane to Panelists and Attendees (12:04 PM)

David, in that moment of 'shift', as a child, did you have or require further discussion that created a permanent shift?

RUthe Schoder-Ehri,Squaxin land to Panelists and Attendees (12:04 PM)

yes stanley, and receiving helpfulness is healing past trauma where we were NOT cared for, didn't get the help we needed then. it could change our future, knowi g we were worthy of being helped, that we are not always forgotten or not seen, valued or accepted

KURT Krueger, MeWe to Panelists and Attendees (12:05 PM)

BIG Changes are caused by small steps

Every little bit/step/learning breeds amazing results! Depending on your choices. Choose wisely - leave an honorable legacy.

This dramatic, short video comes from the trainings that we present worldwide in our Peak Performance Practices programs: ::https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y97rBdSYbkg&t=6s::

“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world," Harriet Tubman, an American abolitionist and political activist.

RUthe Schoder-Ehri,Squaxin land to Panelists and Attendees (12:05 PM)

I didn't mean to answer for you stan

Patricia Wagner to Panelists and Attendees (12:06 PM)

I would also like to offer this as a self-regulating, self-actualizing solution. The practice of "Living in Heart-Centered Gratitude" can be an intersection between trauma and compassion. Like Ann said, practice, practice, practice. "Living in Heart-Centered Gratitude" is anchoring into the feeling of Gratitude in the heart, 24/7/365, so that it is our abiding place, our normal setpoint, our default mode. It is more than thinking grateful thoughts, it's actually creating a high vibrational field. When trauma occurs, our body/mind has been so conditioned in heart-centered Gratitude, it is very easy to reset. Furthermore, we have found that "Living in Heart-Centered Gratitude," because of the powerful electromagnetic field that is created, the challenging situations oftentimes dissolves or transmutes. Thank you, Ann, stronger neural pathways of choice...

Ximena Holguin Remolina to Panelists and Attendees (12:06 PM)

I kindly ask if we can save the chat. Please.

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (12:06 PM)

yes Ruthe - is an intersection of Trauma and compassion be that when we  listen well, be willing to be with moments of trauma, to hold space for it, is compassionate, is healing.

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (12:06 PM)

Question: What if trauma is a tool of protection or pause from the intelligence of the individual?

Me to All panelists and other attendees (12:07 PM)

Ruthe & Ulf thanks for adding your thoughts on Helpfulness. It's helpful!

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:07 PM)

The chat is available on OtherNetworks.org - we hold all the recordings of HR & the Chat as well as the AfterChat and its chat. Come to the AfterChat to get daily emails to connect you/us!

Ann Helmke (me/We) to Panelists and Attendees (12:07 PM)

investigate ACEs for further info (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and how those impact, do and can, impact our future

Liliane Mavridara to Panelists and Attendees (12:08 PM)

Absolutely Ann, ACEs are key to our understanding.

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:09 PM)

hidden gems!!

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (12:09 PM)

Right On! Hurt perpetuates hurt

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:09 PM)

The hurt of one is the hurt of all! Chief Phil Lane, Jr.

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (12:10 PM)

So at this intersection of Trauma what will Peace mean to you: share your voice here: If you are an individual ::https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/5YYLD29:: and if your are an organisation:::https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2FB8HBF::

Ann Helmke (me/We) to Panelists and Attendees (12:10 PM)

Practices of equanimity and impartiality are essential in transforming the hurt -- instead of a gun, point a job at them -- that's a shift in the system

Kathryn Alexander to Panelists and Attendees (12:10 PM)

Question: What has been the most challenging skill for you to master when it comes to compassion?

Me to All panelists and other attendees (12:10 PM)

And one answer for Julie, it is possible that even small acts of helpfulness will alter how individuals from various populations perceive people from other populations. Helpfulness brings people into focus... and it can be memorable and last over lifetimes.

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (12:10 PM)

.

Helpfulness brings people into focus... and it can be memorable and last over lifetimes.

.

Ulf Sandström to Me, Panelists (12:11 PM)

I find proving people wrong about me “in my actions” is by far the easiest road to interpersonal understanding.

Susan Belchamber Belchamber to Panelists and Attendees (12:11 PM)

I am so very grateful for this conversation. Feeling sad that I don't have time to stay on for the "after chat" but will go to OtherNetworks.org to sign up.

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (12:11 PM)

Yes, we are ALL holding space for societies challenges

Ann Helmke (me/We) to Panelists and Attendees (12:11 PM)

The most challenging skill in compassion is recognizing that the skills need to be practiced physically and intentionally. Compassion is knowledge but it's not a head game. It's a life choice and journey

Susan Belchamber Belchamber to Panelists and Attendees (12:12 PM)

In the meantime, I offer the work I have been doing with Money, Trauma, and Resilience:  www.MoneyandTrauma.com.  Thank you!

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (12:12 PM)

Perception is back again to meaning

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:12 PM)

Susan, come to ChatAction.org to get connected in a good way. I look forward to knowing you!

Ann Helmke (me/We) to Panelists and Attendees (12:13 PM)

I want to invite y'all to study compassion with me in San Antonio (virtually) starting on the International Golden Rule Day, April 5, 2021 --  ::https://www.tbcwp.org/compassionate-integrity-training.html::

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:13 PM)

Exactly - the world is as you see it. I learned many years ago to a) use rose coloured glasses and b) never use sarcasm. Nowadays, people say "Didn't you know they were being sarcastic/horrid?" and - no - I never even see it - possibly because my universe is rose-coloured with no nastiness xxx

Ken Haldenstein to Panelists and Attendees (12:14 PM)

Patricia, do you have website or resource for the practices the you describe?

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:14 PM)

I love the way you see things, Diane. I wear them too!

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:15 PM)

Love Love Love for/with you Shannon xxxxx

Ann Helmke (me/We) to Panelists and Attendees (12:15 PM)

WE-ness! YES!

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:15 PM)

We are one David xxx

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (12:16 PM)

Yes, the oneness is on the vertical & separateness is horizontal

Paloma Pavel to Panelists and Attendees (12:16 PM)

David thank you for acknowledging the life and death trauma many are suffering just now even in this audience .

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (12:16 PM)

Diavid - he doesnt mean it!  wow

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:16 PM)

Indeed. Ask. You may be amazed!!

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:16 PM)

or he doesn’t care to open at all. His choice.

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (12:16 PM)

That was a choice that was forced on the rest of the world  in the 1970- 1980 when everything started getting commoditised. And the American economic model started being made the ideal model that defined development and progress.

Kathryn Alexander to Panelists and Attendees (12:17 PM)

Question: How is your city (or place where you live) supporting relationships as a pivotal currency?

Paloma Pavel to Panelists and Attendees (12:17 PM)

in our frontline communities - trauma of toxic waste dumping for decades in their neighborhoods, poisoning of drinking water (flint, Michigan), are hugely traumatic . not only perceptual .

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (12:17 PM)

Question: Is our interconnection to All, including our Familial pattern be the primary perception?

Marilyn Schramm to Panelists and Attendees (12:18 PM)

what stands in the way of WE-ness is constant over focus on the small, individual self. we can't achieve Peace by only focusing on the individual self.

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:18 PM)

Gosh I love you Ulf - everybody take responsibility for themselves!!! How to save the world. Live in paradise!!!

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (12:18 PM)

The rest of the world worked around ubuntu/ community support . It is now time to look at a new currency of sharing helpfulness and kindness . But to do that we need to live and function from the heart.

Liliane Mavridara to Panelists and Attendees (12:18 PM)

Ulf, what was the 3rd question?

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:18 PM)

Diane, I agree - Ulf seems to have a really good answer!

Me to All panelists and other attendees (12:19 PM)

There are several things that people do, or don't do that cause trauma for others. Neglect, Malice and Judgement are three of these.

Marilyn Schramm to Panelists and Attendees (12:19 PM)

I agree Malini - focus needs to shift to COMMUNITY

Yasmina Groenstein to Panelists and Attendees (12:20 PM)

A new economy to emerge...a compassionate economy and yes begining with ourselves -from within ❤

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (12:20 PM)

Love is the Antidote, Heart Field expansion

Liliane Mavridara to Panelists and Attendees (12:20 PM)

Ulf, you mentioned 3 questions, 1) take responsibility for oneself...

Me to All panelists and other attendees (12:20 PM)

So, I wish to build a world where no one suffers, or dies from Neglect, or Malice, or the Judgement by others.

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (12:20 PM)

Tell ourselves - this relative, this human, that triggers me, ..... David's broters wisdom  - they do not meant it!  THAT shift.

RUthe Schoder-Ehri,Squaxin land to Panelists and Attendees (12:21 PM)

beautifully said, Lesley!

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (12:22 PM)

The rest of the world used to live in community and joint families till the western model of Nuclear Families and I need my privacy and I need my space concepts came in. This is why there is now so much of alienation and individual loneliness and trauma on a global level.

Chip Williams to Panelists and Attendees (12:22 PM)

It doesn’t take two to tango. It takes ‘we’ to tango.

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:23 PM)

David, bite the bullet and share your genius!! what you have created is (imho) so valuable…. and fun! Let’s share the “game” you’ve created!!   Well said, Chip!

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (12:23 PM)

True dat Chip!

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (12:23 PM)

Let us go over time - Please keep going! We want it allllll!

Thank you Jim and Lesley!

Jane to Panelists and Attendees (12:24 PM)

Yes David it is all illusion.

Me to All panelists and other attendees (12:24 PM)

It's fun that Lesley is trying to prompt David to speak about an invention for helping people find value in other's opinions. It's called Sqale (pronounced "scale." Here'a a link for Sqale in OtherNetoworks... ::https://othernetworks.org/David_Pinto_-_Sqale_-_Pay_It_Forward::

So at this intersection of Trauma what will Peace mean to you: share your voice here: If you are an individual ::https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/5YYLD29:: and if your are an organisation:::https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2FB8HBF::

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:25 PM)

In the economics of life, money and things are pretty irrelevant (imho)

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:25 PM)

Diane, money and things are often the traumatizing things…

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (12:26 PM)

Traumatic

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:26 PM)

If we focus on responsibility and actions - and feelings - we head for paradise

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (12:26 PM)

Agree Diane in India there is a saying that all the money in the world will not buy you four shoulders to carry your body to the funeral pyre.

Julie Wolf to Panelists and Attendees (12:26 PM)

The money system causes all our systems to be traumatic!

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:26 PM)

We can rise above them Sh - the bigger picture xxx

Karen Ball to Panelists and Attendees (12:27 PM)

Thank you David for your vulnerability

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (12:27 PM)

Beautifully put, David...giving is from the Heart, like the Native Americans concept of acceptance of the new people in their lands. Do we need to treat the “others” like Nature! Giving to rather than taking from?

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:27 PM)

Showering you with love David xxxxx

Me to All panelists and other attendees (12:28 PM)

Diane, money's contribution to trauma SHOULD be less prominent... but unfortunately, the process of buying and selling and using currency is a HUGE source of trauma for many, many people... We need to learn to SHARE and thank people for their contributions... That's what David is offering in his App called Sqale...

Jean Stevens to Panelists and Attendees (12:28 PM)

55%-70% of US taxpayer money goes to the military industrial & nuke weapons economy.  This is also the root of many of the wars for fossils fuels.  A natural function for a change towards a Green New Peace Deal.

Sqale: Value This Content for Peace at Humanity Rising

Do we want the broken system of humanity to be replaced?

Would you prefer a more receptive environment to create the new systems in harmony with nature?

Sqale is a value or a gift economy technology. Here is a link for Peace LAB on Sqale to help Peace Week evolve as we go (grow). Learn about Sqale (between eyes-crossing as we learn and create it together), in these short easy(r) YouTube playlist videos for Sqale.  What is it?  These short videos explain better than what can be put in words here. This platform provides another way of valuing each other, our projects, creations and contributions – a far better way than our current broken system.  Sqale is based on giving and sharing. Not taking. Not owning. Seems worth a try as we create a more beautiful bountiful shared reality on our precious Mother Earth.

KURT Krueger, MeWe to Panelists and Attendees (12:36 PM)

"I know this is tough to grasp, let alone accept or actually live. Blame is far easier than total responsibility, but as I spoke with Dr. Len, I began to realize that healing for him and in ho'oponopono means loving yourself.

"If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone, even a mentally ill criminal you do it by healing you.

"I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. What was he doing, exactly, when he looked at those patients' files?

"'I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again,' he explained.

Ulf Sandström to Panelists and Attendees (12:38 PM)

I believe this to be so true Chip, Thanks!

Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees (12:38 PM)

Chip Williams to Panelists and Attendees (12:39 PM)

Ho’oponopono

KURT Krueger, MeWe to Panelists and Attendees (12:39 PM)

The intellect working alone can't solve these problems, because the intellect only manages. Managing things is no way to solve problems. You want to let them go! When you do Ho'oponopono, what happens is that the Divinity takes the painful thought and neutralizes or purifies it. You don't purify the person, place, or thing. You neutralize the energy you associate with that person, place, or thing. So the first stage of Ho'oponopono is the purification of that energy. Now something wonderful happens. Not only does that energy get neutralized; it also gets released, so there's a brand new slate. Buddhists call it the Void.

KURT Krueger, MeWe to Panelists and Attendees (12:39 PM)

The final step is that you allow the Divinity to come in and fill the void with light. To do Ho'oponopono, you don't have to know what the problem or error is. All you have to do is notice any problem you are experiencing physically, mentally, emotionally, whatever. Once you notice, your responsibility is to immediately begin to clean, to say, "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:39 PM)

And we can all be doing it all the time - for everyone!! It works!! We can Heal the World!!!

Diane Skidmore to Panelists and Attendees (12:40 PM)

We CAN!!!

Ann Helmke (me/We) to Panelists and Attendees (12:40 PM)

Compassion is the taking of responsibility -- for self, for others, within systems. It's not a thought. Compassion is a practical skill(s). It is the antidote to suffering. It is the healing that creates the path to peace...

MALINI Rajendran to Panelists and Attendees (12:40 PM)

What am I doing that I am attracting this energy. Why am I attracting that does not serve me. So let me clean the energy around everything that does not serve me. So the only way forward is to start with unconditional love, unconditional gratitude and unconditional compassion,

KURT Krueger, MeWe to Panelists and Attendees (12:40 PM)
