All 3 companies are working for Science and Future of Healthy Buildings, work offices and spaces. If you’re interested to know more, pls feel free to reach out to me (sabinije@vongaffke.com) :)

DIANE!!! Really? WOW
We have to talk!!
Cormac Russell to Panelists and Attendees (12:02 PM)
Often we come unstuck because we measure the quality of our programs; when we ought to be attending to quality of life as defined by the people living it. The includes their level of interdependence in natural communities with near neighbors as distinct from well intended salaried strangers.
Marcia Raff to Panelists and Attendees (12:02 PM)

Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:10 PM)
I love what you’ve presented Kristine! please share your slides!
Crystal Steinberg to Panelists and Attendees (12:10 PM)
Not always my experience Shannon, often found language when I listened there than trying to find the words myself.
Marilyn Hamilton to Panelists and Attendees (12:10 PM)
Our approach w BC Healthy Communities was to use descriptors from Psycho/spiritual ; Physical/Behavioural; Cultural; Natural/Social Systems - and we found communities can indeed provide their own descriptors

We must move beyond seeing each other as strangers, gods and monsters: ::https://www.nurturedevelopment.org/blog/polarisation-blog-2-growing-up-in-between-strangers-gods-and-monsters/:: Achieving that requires civic forums and organizing at the neighborhood level: the neighborhood is a primary unit of health.
Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees (12:18 PM)
the banging of pots and pans that supported the spirits of care workers at the beginning of the pandemic are no longer heard - when they are most needed.

Cormac Russell to Panelists and Attendees (12:20 PM)
Mutual aid flourishes when members grow beyond sympathy models towards empathy approaches, going beyond seeing others as valuable as distinct from vulnerable - seeing people as needed not just needy.
