Jean & Jude, & all, what wonderful descriptions of these states pf consciousness. It was in such a state, moving beyond my current racial form as an African American, that my last book emerged. It’s titled, Evolving The Human Race Game: A Spiritual and Soul-Centered Perspective, which I’ve previously called attention to on this HR platform. At the time, I felt that I and my Higher Self were writing the book together. So, I just wanted to express my appreciation for what is being presented. Contained in the book also was an offering of one new possible creation mythology that “came through.” Also, one of three possibilities that emerged for how we may be evolving is toward becoming a telepathic species.

I thought this was a powerful quote from Gabor Mate at the Embodiment conference: If we look at trauma as something bad that happened a long time ago, we can’t change it. But if we look at Trauma as Peter Levine says as our disconnect from the world, from people and from ourselves, we can change it at any time. That reconnection is a possibility that lives with us as long as we’re alive.
