From: Kate Hansen Hansen (11:08 AM) Good morning

From: Paul Coleman (11:09 AM) Result of COVID: Millions of mink being culled in Denmark, due to mutation of the virus. I never reaised there was such a large international trade. Tragic for the poor mink being culled, but seeing the horrendous conditions they live in, the cull will save millions more mink in the future and could stop such cruel trade, if as it now appears, it could kill the cruel skin for coats industry, at least in Denmark. https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2020/nov/06/danish-covid-mink-cull-and-future-disease-fears-will-kill-fur-trade-say-farmers

From: Tiffany Stone (11:19 AM) @April Yes!

From: Sharon Truax (11:22 AM) @shelly Thank you for being my resource during these times. Takes me deeper into the HeartWork, of . transmuting energy.

From: Kathryn Alexander, MA (11:22 AM) Oh WOW. For me that might give some credence to a Japanese scientist who has staked his Nobel Lauret prize on the fact he thinks it is a fabricated virus. This is his area…. If mink then who else?

From: Doreen Tanenbaum (11:24 AM) @Sharon….so agree that we have work to do with this energy

From: Jane (11:27 AM) Feels hopeful to have the new results for Biden this morning, but your caution and information Shelly is so important to hear.

==========================

From: Shannon McArthur (11:32 AM) good morning/evening/day, Otto!

From: Paul Coleman (11:33 AM) Hearing all of this how can anyone imagine that the United States is truly a democracy. There needs to be a new categorization of democracies grading them on their true nature of equal representation.

From: Doreen Tanenbaum (11:34 AM) @Paul agree

From: Barbro Esbjörnsdotter (11:34 AM) Agree Paul.

From: Julie Wolf (11:36 AM) Here’s an excellent piece that Otto just wrote on US election: https://medium.com/presencing-institute-blog/the-darkest-hour-is-just-before-the-dawn-cc4df0749108

From: Shannon McArthur (11:36 AM) We do not have to do what he says.

From: Sharon Truax (11:39 AM) @otto trauma?

From: Kathryn Alexander, MA (11:39 AM) The election was really a Trump win because to what Otto’s saying. What do we do??

From: David Stoney (11:40 AM) Otto, I love your hopeful outlook, but there are large pieces of sky falling all around. I think we need to discuss how to respond if the Republicans succeed in stealing the election. They’ve been working toward this moment for decades. In the end it may come down to whether or not the military supports Trump. …. David Stoney

From: Lesley Southwick-Trask (11:41 AM) thed keg does not ignite. But the finality of the decision has not been confirmed

From: Kathryn Alexander, MA (11:42 AM) There are so many things that are tearing fAM)ilies apart and that make the former middle class feel powerless. That is the core, I thin of the frustration that is showing up as Trumpism.

From: Sharon Truax (11:43 AM) Self healing cleansing the blindsports

From: Lesley Southwick-Trask (11:43 AM) my post got out too fast. I think the sky is o. a holding pattern. the finality of the decision has not been made and communicated. when that actual moment comes- I hope and pray that the powder kegs do not erupt. I do not believe we know that yet.

From: Doreen Tanenbaum (11:43 AM) @Sharon…right on!

From: Kathryn Alexander, MA (11:46 AM) Right - Mcconnell wit shift Biden’s ineffectiveness to Biden. There has to be al alternative conversation …

From: Sharon Truax (11:48 AM) And have an actual experience.

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (11:50 AM) George Floyd and the following black lives matter actions are helping the rest of us to understand in our whole beings the black experience. It has opened mind, heart, and will for many of us…

From: Jane (11:50 AM) Democracy...Bounce back, Bounce Forward... time to 'dive deeper' and begin the hard work of restoring and healing, in order to attain full equality for the benefit AND the good of All.

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (11:50 AM) George Floyd and Covid, that is…

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (11:52 AM) Friends of mine who know Trump supporters see their confusion about what is true, and actually pick it up. The confusion over now knowing who to listen to leads to enormous fear. They can’t trust anything… Not knowing..

From: Sharon Truax (11:53 AM) @Otto you make it so clear. HeartWork necessary, It was proven to me yesterday! Cleanse the doors of perception. transgenerational grief,,,,

From: Kathryn Alexander, MA (11:53 AM) @Cheryl - yes and then control looks like violence

From: Mary Thorp (11:59 AM) I can’t stand that we use his nAM)e as the label for this condition, giving it a minute more than we need to. Can’t we come up with another label? I know we can!

From: Jane (11:59 AM) YES Otto! Must have the courage to continue to engage through dropping the ego and listening with Humility and Heart.

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (12:00 PM @ Mary: proto-fascism?

From: Mary Thorp (12:00 PM I’m happy to engage with those interested to create a new label.

From: rajinder (12:00 PM “move the listening beyond our bubbles.. beyond our echo chAM)bers”

From: Mary Thorp (12:01 PM I needs to be something anyone/everyone understands.

From: Mary Thorp (12:02 PM And needs to include the sAM)e issues globally.

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (12:03 PM @Mary: what you say about renAM)ing is so important. To “rebrand” the movement away From: his nAM)e allows international recognition and diminishment of his power…

From: Jane (12:03 PM In terms of Education systems as well.

From: Marty Clemons (12:03 PM A leading edge of humanity can transform fear, doubt and division. This will cause a downward causation on all of humanity. Trump supporters can’t transform From: survival to thriving if there basic needs are not being met. The work needs to occur in the Biden cAM)p. Dr. Michael Cotton’s work is about transforming the leading edge to operate From: the prefrontal cortex and the higher heart brain, rather than the lower brain fight, flight or freeze.

From: Sharon Truax (12:04 PM practiced this deep listening with facilitation of grief circles in Los Angeles, spiritual community. It was AM)azing in how all were transformed.

From: rajinder (12:05 PM “transformation literacy” capacity to step into the unknown

From: Lesley Southwick-Trask (12:05 PM @ Otto- what could be the equivalent of replacing of broken windows

From: Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai (12:05 PM @Marty, I love where you are pointing

From: Jane (12:05 PM Love the concept of "School For Transformation"

From: Lesley Southwick-Trask (12:05 PM the Tipping point strategies. (Malcolm Gladwell From: rajinder (12:05 PM @otto, possibly the most powerful message we have heard here in ubiquitous university

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (12:06 PM @Marty: Exactly!

From: rajinder (12:06 PM “school for transformation”

From: Jane (12:06 PM Yes making access to this for ALL

From: Marty Clemons (12:06 PM We have used shAM)e as a tool for transformation. It is a terrible tool for transformation.

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (12:07 PM Community colleges, where folks From: all parts of society can meet…

From: rajinder (12:07 PM @be shAM)eless, and transform it

From: Mary Thorp (12:08 PM How do we offer transformation to those big truck-driving West Virginians & their cohorts around the globe___and DJT?

From: Jen Forti (12:08 PM “Peace guides us through dialogue to the higher mind, which sees beyond the polarized distinctions.
Dia means through; logos is the higher mind.
Dia-logo or dialogue occurs when we commune with each other in such a way as to access our highest wisdom together.”
From: JAM)es O’dea’s Soul Awakening Practice which Sabinije turned me onto at the beginning of my HR journey.

From: Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai (12:08 PM @Otto, so inspiring thank you

From: Marty Clemons (12:09 PM We can’t even talk about emotions let alone transformation. I have been in the transformation gAM)e for a long time and most people want to feel better and not truly transform. It starts with the belief that transformation is possible.

From: Clare Rosenfield (12:09 PM We need to learn From: the indigenous communities who historically have avoided domination and hierarchy and used collaborative, dialogic, ceremonial, prayerful methods and deeply listening to Mother EArtth and all living beings.

From: Bill Kraus (12:10 PM From: lynne Yeannakis Otto please get in touch with the Biden teAM), if they haven’t already reached out to you. They need to understand this or they will fail..

From: Jane (12:10 PM @Roslyn..yes agree..NVC and Buddhist practices.

From: Sharon Truax (12:11 PM Pain is a great tool.

From: Clare Rosenfield (12:11 PM Yes, Buddhist practices are powerful. I've been doing a powerful mantra to Vajrapani to end evil and contagion and dis-ease.

From: Lion Goodman (12:11 PM … and punishment as a method for control.

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (12:12 PM We have been engaged in Community Conversations around water, led by local indigenous people. Such a change in structure, energy, outcomes. A real learning of process in diverse community From: the heart.

From: Lesley Southwick-Trask (12:12 PM listening into the whole requires ALL to see themselves in the field with their current reality. even the most skilled sensors have difficulty holding the space for others who hold a radically different perspective. we must see all of ourselves as fugitives in this new landscape where we all need each other to truly understand the emerging field and intricately depend with each other

From: Roslyn Cook (12:13 PM A capacity for non judgment and compassion will be essential to cultivate in order to respond with humility and listen - understand that welfare and needs of all can be met and must be

From: Sharon Truax (12:14 PM @cheryl where are you located?

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (12:14 PM Minneapolis

From: Jane (12:14 PM Well said Lesley. Thank You.

From: Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai (12:14 PM To unfreeze, we need to get in touch with our hearts, in touch with the humanity in each of us especially the humanity of the person on the other side of the divide. Deep listening. Deep compassion.

From: Lesley Southwick-Trask (12:15 PM the question for me is how do we co- create a system and structure that houses life in transformation.

From: Clare Rosenfield (12:15 PM Yes, Anne Marie.

From: rajinder (12:15 PM “freeze reaction” and unfreezing

From: Lesley Southwick-Trask (12:16 PM if we call it a school - it will replicate that which no longer works.

From: Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai (12:16 PM practicing what Rumi suggested: beyond right and wrong, there is a field, meet me there.

From: Hilary Van Welter (12:16 PM @ Lesley - GREAT question

From: Marilyn HAM)ilton (12:16 PM Are we trying to use one definition for transformation - when there might be a spectrum of transformations? How can we meet people where they are at instead of expecting that one approach will work for all? Is that not core to compassion and acceptance?

From: Marilyn HAM)ilton (12:16 PM @marty - goes back to your comments above about needs

From: Ian Wight (12:18 PM I have been identifying the need to strive for 4T transformation - transformers, transforming, transformatively, transcendingly.

From: Jane (12:18 PM Courage is a vital piece when it comes to connecting and healing in the unfAM)iliar territory.

From: Daneille Hansen (12:18 PM @Marilyn definitely not one approach works for all. Different ones have different skills just like different needs

From: Sharon Truax (12:18 PM @Otto Such Brilliant work. Thank you. Inspirational.

From: Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai (12:18 PM @Marily, I think at this stage, before talking about transformation I would talk about self-compassion. Compassion with the part of us that is scare without us know it.

From: Roslyn Cook (12:19 PM Respect for the dignity of all life as taught in the Lotus Sutra an essential philosophy for peace

From: Me (12:19 PM Dear Otto...

It mystifies me to NOT hear anything in your analysis about the huge influence of the right wing media.

The commentaries coming From: the main streAM) media also consistently limit their exposure of the constant bending of reality by the radio and TV commentators who have created what you are calling the Trump mindset. It's NOT Trump that has created the "divide" or the Trump mindset in AM)erican culture.

The divide has been built carefully over the course of the last 50 years. Yes I hear you mention doubt, hate and fear as if those notions were not intentionally instilled in the population that has been built into the community of Trump supporters. The mindset involved didn't evolve naturally. Some people have and are spending a lot of money to create it.

From: Leo Jacoby (12:19 PM Donald Trump Joe BIden (Clinton2020 (11/6 11AM)) 69,798,391 73,914,022 2016 62,984,828 (65,853,514 Trump gained 7 million; Biden gained 8 million more than Clinton

From: Rachel Root (12:19 PM Yes “there is no more normal”

From: Roslyn Cook (12:20 PM And transformation of poison into medicine nAM) myoho renge kyo

From: Cheryl Ritenbaugh (12:20 PM For an indigenous facilitator, take a look here re: LeMoine LaPointe, who we have been honored to work with. http://pieducators.com/wisdom/lemoine_lapointe

From: Marty Clemons (12:20 PM All of the above and much more is needed. There is no one way. We all have to activate our gifts NOW. We can’t get stuck in either or thinking being stuck. We must move forward into both/and thinking.

From: Me (12:20 PM So, it is important to recognize that the message coming From: the right media is taking advantage of the portion of the AM)erican population who has legitimate and ego related gripes. The loss of jobs and the diminishing of the white supremacy status that susceptible people feel have been used to create the Trump mindset to the advantage of certain elements in the economy.

Our task then, is to exAM)ine this phenomena: Who is gaining? Who is making money because of this disconnect? Shouldn't we take some clues From: Dwight Eisenhower in his departing speech?

From: Me (12:20 PM What to do in light of Eisenhower's warning should be part of the understanding that needs to happen now! IT'S NOT TRUMP... There is something else going on behind the scene.

We certainly need to build up our understanding of who WE are and how we can be getting ready for the transformation we see ahead of us... How do we prepare ourselves? Should we not take into account the reality of who is making money From: selling weapons in this process of discord?

-- Stanley Pokras

From: Mary Thorp (12:20 PM transformation: the genesis of a new realm of possibility

From: Clare Rosenfield (12:21 PM I run a small no profit called Global Healing Foundation and would love to connect with anyone w ho would be interested in what we are being advised to consider. Check out www.globalhealingfoundation.org to see what we are into--healing ourselves and our entire world, all life ==and we have recently supported an indigenous group of healers in Colombia who consider land as sacred and want to protect it From: development. Email me if you want to connect at crosenfield9@gmail.com

From: Daneille Hansen (12:21 PM Beautiful vision of transformation

From: Kathryn Alexander, MA (12:21 PM @Stan - Yes

From: Jane (12:21 PM Lesley, agree on calling it 'school' which is language associated the old, dysfunctional systems.

From: rajinder (12:22 PM “letting go and letting come” the non essential and what now is developing resonance now

From: Marty Clemons (12:22 PM This is dismantling the collective ego structure

From: Kathryn Alexander, MA (12:22 PM @Leo - change of mind or finding voice? What explains the growth in both cAM)ps?

From: Kathryn Alexander, MA (12:23 PM @Marty - yes and soul growth

From: Mary Thorp (12:23 PM thorpdesign@gmail.com

From: Daneille Hansen (12:24 PM social entrepeneurship

From: Marty Clemons (12:24 PM @kathryn soul in the drivers seat. Switching off the auto-pilot.

From: Daneille Hansen (12:24 PM optimizing the past

From: Kala (12:24 PM Resonance; an inner relationship with future possibility, that stays in need of me to bring it into being

From: Clare Rosenfield (12:24 PM Yes, what is our own calling and activating it so that it responds to the call of the Divine to manifest and embody here on earth.

From: Lesley Southwick-Trask (12:24 PM our most effective journeys (Hilary and mine) have been the creating of sensing groups comprised of highly divergent folks on every level. Their task was to scouting into areas in society in real time where none of them have any experience

From: Leo Jacoby (12:24 PM @Kathryn What explains 15 million more voters this election?
